Find a property
Search for verified property listings across Dubai and choose the property you want to bid on at auction. See property photos, review relevant data and download the property pack. When ready, speak to the broker to arrange a viewing or attend a scheduled open house event.
Bid on it
Complete a quick KYC check to become a verified bidder — registration closes 24 hours before each auction starts. Submit a sealed offer any time before then (no deposit needed), or pay a refundable deposit to bid live. Set a maximum bid and the system bids for you, one increment at a time, never beyond your limit.
Close the deal
Win, and the sale is binding on the spot. Pay the reservation fee within 12 hours, it counts toward your price — then sign the DLD Form F and pay the 10% deposit within 24 hours. Transfer completes at a DLD registration trustee within 56 days, but we aim to complete much sooner than that.

Registration & bidding
To start bidding, create your account and register for the auction you’re interested in. Once registered, you can make a pre-auction offer or place bids in real-time.
Fees & charges
Fees are transparent and easy to understand. Only the winning bidder pays the reservation fee but this is deducted from the sale proceeds. All costs are displayed upfront so you can bid confidently with no hidden surprises.
